Marathon Health Portal Guide_HRA Screening Program

Employees on the SJCSD self-funded medical plan have an opportunity to participate in the HRA Screening program every other year, to avoid a surcharge for the following two years.

Born in an EVEN year (for example, 1976 or 1984)?

You’ll have the opportunity to participate during EVEN years (for example, in 2024) to avoid a surcharge in the following two years (for example, 2025 & 2026).

Born in an ODD year (for example, 1965 or 1983)?

You’ll have the opportunity to participate during ODD years (for example, in 2025) to avoid a surcharge in the following two years (for example, 2026 & 2027).
