How do I receive an exemption from participating in the HRA Requirements?

Exemptions for the program will be considered on a case-by-case basis for extreme extenuating circumstances.  Exemptions requests need to be submitted via the SJCSD HRA Exemption Request Link provided below.

SJCSD: 2022 HRA Exemption Request

Exemptions must be received by November 1, 2022.  If you have previously submitted an exemption request in years past, you will need to submit a new request each applicable year.
