Are Screening Results Confidential?

Yes.  All information obtained from the screening is protected health information (PHI) by federal regulations and is secured by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).  Marathon Health staff only sees individual results.  Results are not shared with your employer and are only presented in aggregate form for wellness program decisions.
