Get healthy together and earn a chance to be rewarded!
This program is available to all SJCSD employees enrolled in the SJCSD Self-Funded Medical Plan. See attached for program details and link to login to the Marathon Health Portal, and get started. Through this program, participants are able to complete well-being activities for points which could earn them an entry into a raffle for a one-time payroll incentive!
Program Incentives:
- Bronze: 25+ Points ($50 will be awarded to 150 winners)
- Silver: 50+ Points ($75 will be awarded to 65 winners)
- Gold: 75+ Points ($100 will be awarded to 25 winners)
